One of the many dishes Mom use to make "Depression Dishes" (those one pan meals that went along way when feeding a large family)

There are no measurements for this dish, it's done with your own tastes

Hobo Beans:
Hamburg
onion
Pork and Beans
Catsup
Mustard
Worcestershire sauce
chili powder
Brown Sugar

Brown the hamburg, drain the fat off, add onions, and chili powder, cooking until the onions are transparent
Add a Catsup, a squrit of mustard, beans, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.... Warm through and serve
You can also add a bit of your favorite cheese to the recipe.
You can only be what you give yourself the power to be.

Macaroin & Cheese Ham/Broccoli Casserole

Macaroni cooked, mixed with pieces of ham, add in cheeses of your choice, add in cooked brocoli and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly

Again, I don't measure anything.... I"m a cook not a chef....lol
